We enjoyed our vacation, though the rooms mostly weren't cleaned and there was a lot of dust everywhere. The staff were wonderful, especially the young people at the bar, restaurant, and beach, and the women in the lobby were friendly and hospitable. The sea was warm and the beach clean, and the pool was clean too. There was a good range of salads, vegetables, and fruit. The meals were spicy, but some were really delicious. Thanks!

I left because I didn't feel safe, and I can't recommend this place. When I arrived, they couldn't find my reservation, so I had to wait. The room had no towels or hair dryer, and despite asking several times for a hair dryer, towel, or iron, I never got one. The next day they said they didn't accept Visa and insisted on cash, repeatedly demanding it. The lady manager grabbed my bag and then my hand while asking for cash. They also harassed my friend for cash because I had used a hair dryer in her room while staying there. The food was disgusting too.

The beach was packed, with no room unless you went during lunch. You could hardly reach the water without stepping on someone's foot. There weren't enough pool beds, and there was basically nowhere to sit. No one speaks English! The rooms look nothing like the pictures. They're shabby, with terribly old furniture, although they were cleaned regularly. The food was processed and the same every day. The vegetables smelled of cleaning detergent, drinks were warm, and they were served in plastic cups. There was no Wi-Fi, even if you paid for it.
