Vi̇va Beach Hotel

The location worked really well, with the beach close by and almost everything else nearby in a lively, beautiful city. The hotel had its own sunbeds, and they lent us parasols for free since we hadn't brought any. The staff were really nice, and the music varied, sometimes English, Arabic, Turkish, Russian, and other languages. Our family had enough room, the bed was clean when we arrived and very comfortable, and the room was cleaned daily. We got fresh towels every three days. Food was good and changed each day, though occasionally there'd be a dish from the day before, still freshly cooked and good. Everything at the bar was free. Honestly, it was a really nice stay for what we came for.

The toilet was gross, the room smelled bad, and the bed was both dirty and completely uncomfortable. Cleanliness was zero. There were only two bars of soap in the bathroom and nothing else, and the shower had only cold water. There was no Wi-Fi in the room or phone there, probably because they know they'd get nonstop complaints. I wonder why places like this are still open. Highly dissatisfied!

Everyone welcomed us so warmly, and the service was great. The hotel and grounds were really pleasant. They do everything to make it the best holiday possible 👍 We'll definitely spend our next vacation at Viva Beach Hotel again 🥰

For what they charge per night, the service just isn't good enough. The staff's treatment of us wasn't satisfactory, and the service was even worse than the already low room quality. The food was repetitive, with the same kinds of dishes every day. This was a very bad first trip to Antalya and Analia. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel at all.
