Seventy Four Hotel

I stayed here for one night with my family. The rooms were spacious, newly furnished, and very clean, with comfortable beds. Air conditioning and dark curtains meant we could sleep in as long as we wanted. There's also a large smart TV to keep the children occupied. It's close to the beach and center, and I highly recommend it. Many thanks to the owner, Mr. Ersin.

We stayed one night and had no hot water at all, despite being assured before check-in that it was available. Late that night, when we tried to use it, a staff member blamed a gas problem at the teachers' house next door and said hot water would be back in half an hour. It never came back before we checked out in the morning. We called the teachers' house to check, and they said they had no gas or hot water problems. If you need a shower, don't stay here.

We spent two nights here during our Amasra trip. There's air conditioning, a TV, and hot water, and everything is close enough to reach on foot. There's no hotel parking, but the municipal lot nearby costs 220₺ per day. The entrance is around the back and could be easier to spot. There was no mini-fridge, kettle, or breakfast. For the price, I'd expect breakfast, and I consider a mini-fridge essential. They took cash because the POS machine was broken.

The owner and staff looked after us so well and took care of everything. We felt at home and found the comfort we wanted. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Many thanks to the Seventy Four family. We'll definitely choose them again on our next visit, and recommend them to everyone.
