I needed somewhere near Anatolia hospital after my mum was admitted, and this hotel was only a 30 second walk away. After two days she was discharged, and since we couldn’t fly until the next day, I added another night and asked if she could stay too. They were very understanding, charged very little for her to join, and included her breakfast. The place is small but personal, and the staff were kind and went out of their way to help. Serdar checked me in, carried my luggage, and upgraded me to a room with a jacuzzi. The rooms were immaculate. The restaurant and bar staff were great too. I’m sorry I didn’t get everyone’s names, but the guy working the bar from 4pm until late was fantastic, and made me amazing cocktails. Breakfast was out of this world, a huge traditional Turkish spread with an omelette, more than enough for one person. The pool area is small but well maintained, and I never had trouble finding a sun lounger. Little things like staff greeting you by name made a difference. From reserving by WhatsApp to checking out, the whole process was incredible. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us.

We were here in difficult circumstances, and all the staff looked after us. Irfan, the hotel boss, was amazing and so welcoming. Serdar, Murat, Şevket, Adem, Raziye, Adile, Durkadin ❤️ If you’re after a quiet, quality hotel, this is the one. The pool is immaculate, and our room had a jacuzzi. Amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was so peaceful and quiet here, which made it easy to relax. The staff were welcoming and kind throughout our stay. A special thank you to the cleaning lady, who was so sweet and kept leaving little touches like heart shaped towels and flowers in the room. Seeing those when we came back made my day. We had a lovely stay at Antalya City Hotel & Spa, and I’d happily come again.

Everything is within walking distance, and the hotel has a calm, pleasant atmosphere that feels like home. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and breakfast was good. The staff were always welcoming and ready to help. Serdar Yıldız was particularly attentive and available. Highly recommended!

For my boyfriend’s birthday, I booked only the private wellness and spa section, and it turned out to be a great choice. Everything was very clean and hygienic, including the staff. The ladies who did our hamam and massage were kind, professional, and good at their work. The woman at reception was lovely too. If you’re looking for a good, truly private spa, the choice is obvious!
