We had a peaceful week here, and the reception team offered us an upgrade to the jacuzzi suite for a reasonable amount. Everyone treated us with respect and was ready to help make the stay memorable. The rooms were spot on, with cleaning offered daily. Thanks to the kitchen team for the delicious, healthy food, to Selin I believe her name is at the restaurant, and to the lovely gentlemen at reception. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Lavinia and Rus

The food was the best of the four hotels we stayed in Turkey, with a great selection each time. The restaurant isn’t very large, but there was plenty to choose from. Our room was big and lovely, with especially nice modern decor, and the place was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s one tram stop from the shopping centre and seven from the centre. Highly recommend it!

We spent five nights here and found it comfortable and wonderful. The restaurant had lots of tasty breakfast choices, and the Wi-Fi was good. Cleanliness was very high, room service was excellent, and the staff were kind and friendly. Reception were particularly helpful. I’d recommend the hotel to tourists, especially families.

We needed to stay near the hospital for three whole weeks because of a family emergency. The staff were kind and understanding about what we were going through, and I got to know a few of them by name. Ardan, Hassan, Durmis and Ali were all awesome. Thanks!
