We couldn't even stay the night and switched hotels straight away. Now we're waiting for a refund, though I'm not sure we'll get one. We'd booked based on the website's claims of clean, cozy rooms, a working SPA, and a pool, but none of that matched what we found. The room was in terrible shape, with dirty sheets, a lasting mold and damp smell, exposed wiring that seemed dangerous, and a leaking ceiling. It didn't look like it was being cleaned, and there was no comfort or sense of safety. The advertised SPA and pool weren't operating at all. Staff just shrugged and said everything was being renovated, with no warning when we booked. This "hotel" is sold as four stars, but it doesn't come close to that. The website gives a pretty picture while the place feels like chaos. Avoid it if you don't want your vacation ruined.

It's near the airport, and the price makes up for the downsides. The hotel is quite worn out, the internet doesn't work, and there's no hair dryer.

Even a single night here was awful. The pool area was dirty, and the beach claim is false since there isn't a beach nearby. Breakfast isn't self-service. Worst hotel experience. Have some self-respect and stay away.

The hotel's a disaster: the staff make you uncomfortable and unsafe, it's dirty, and breakfast is disgusting and unhygienic. The old photos don't represent the place at all. The hundreds of one-star reviews reflect what it's really like. If you suspect the five-star reviews are fake, report them.

Worst hotel in Antalya. Our room wasn't cleaned when we arrived or in the days afterward, and we waited five hours for a towel. There was no good service or basic room equipment, including towels. Staff spent their time on their phones and dancing tunes to help us.
