Omar at reception deserves a special mention. I’d lost my luggage at the airport, and he tried to track it down. It wasn’t found, and I was upset about losing my glasses, so he gave me his own pair to help keep my first days in the country from being ruined. That’s the kind of hospitality you don’t get in U.S. hotels. I stayed for two nights. The staff were very friendly and responsive, and even though there’s no designated parking area, they went out of their way to help me park. I highly recommend the hotel.

My family and I spent a week at this lovely family hotel. It’s close to the city centre, mosque, shops, restaurants, and tram. The place was kept very clean, and the whole staff were amazing. A really nice family runs it. I’ll always come back. Thanks!

We had a lovely week here. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked great for summer. It’s on a quiet lane, but not tucked away, and Antalya shopping mall is just 5 min away. The easygoing owner and family take good care of the hotel and guests. I’ll definitely come back.

It’s run by a family, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel sits in a busy area and is ideally placed by Mark Antalya mall, about 5 mins on foot, with tram links nearby. I’d stay here again.

We ended up leaving partway through our stay after finding a cockroach in the room. The owner refused to move us. Disgusting hotel, service, and experience. The reception staff were extremely friendly, but because it was a national holiday during our visit, they couldn’t sort out the problem. Earlier, we’d had trouble with the bathroom in the new section: shower water leaked out, and we had to use towels to stop it flooding the room. The soundproofing was awful too. We heard everything in the corridors and quite a bit from neighboring rooms. Breakfast was very basic, though acceptable for the price we paid.
