The birds and frogs living in the water around us made a nice sound of nature. The hotel itself was okay, nothing special. Breakfast and dinner were fine, but no more than 3*.

We had four rooms booked for nearly 13 family members. The rooms were disgusting and really dark. The hotel controls the AC temperature, so even with it on, the rooms stayed warm and we couldn’t adjust it. We noticed my wife’s two gold rings were missing from the drawer where we’d put them. When we questioned reception, they just shrugged and said they didn’t know. We called the police, who sent more officers to investigate.

The spa was a waste of time for us. The woman there didn’t explain anything while we waited and waited, and nothing happened. Staff said the Turkish “hamam” was included in the price, but what was actually included was only the sauna and shower. You have to pay extra for the real hamam. The rooms weren’t clean either, and there was old soap in the showers. This is the worst hotel I’ve been to, the biggest scam in all of antalya.

The rooms smelled musty, and the pool area was filthy with visible black mold. The gym was dusty and poorly kept, and most of the equipment didn’t work. We even got charged $10 just for empty plates from room service. The hotel is extremely old, dirty and full of mold. The pictures online give a completely misleading impression of what it’s actually like. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. It wasn’t worth the money, and I’d strongly advise anyone considering it to look elsewhere. It badly needs a full renovation or should be closed until it meets proper health and safety standards.

Everything was broken, the rooms were dirty and the staff were horrible. I felt like I was in prison. Worst hotel I’ve ever encountered, just hell on earth.
