The apartments were nice and clean, and the staff were friendly overall. We got no help with our luggage and nobody showed us to the room when we arrived late, so we had to find it ourselves. The pool was much smaller than the pictures suggested. Still, it was a decent place for the lads holiday we came for.

A peaceful, very clean city getaway, and I especially loved how kind and helpful the staff were. They carried our luggage and showed us to the room. I stayed for a week with my family and had a fabulous time. Konyaaltı beach is a 5 minute drive away, and the city centre takes 10 minutes by car. I'd highly recommend it for families. Much love to the adorable Russian receptionist. ❤

We gave the breakfast a try once, and it was good and fresh, so I guess the restaurant is good. But the 3 days in the flat were a bad experience. We'd booked a flat for two, but on arrival they gave us one for 6 people, and it was filthy. When we asked to move, they said there were no other flats available. The sheets had stains, and even the replacements they brought were dirty. Dirt and stains were everywhere, on the sofas, blankets, towels, walls, curtains, bed linen, kitchen equipment, counters, shelves, drawers and gas hob. The furniture was old, broken and stained and needed replacing. The bathroom was awful, dirty and smelly, with rust everywhere and a broken rusty basket we couldn't use. There was no shampoo, soap or even toilet paper until we asked. The Wi-Fi connection was poor too. We couldn't put up with it and asked them to fix things by giving us another clean flat, or refund us so we could leave. They said they couldn't help, and we'd lose the money if we left.

It's quiet at night, with no parties, loud music or other noise, and the mountains and rocks around it give the area fresh air. Set back from the main road, it has no car sounds, and the pictures are accurate. It's easy to find, about 10-15 mins by car from the city center. You get plenty of parking, and the nearby sleeping quarters make it feel safe. Security is there 24-hours. The place has all the household basics, including a washing machine, dishwasher, hot water, fridge, MW oven and plenty of kitchen ware and utensils. Reception staff are helpful, polite and ready to sort out problems. The price felt worth it, and you may find a good deal by comparing websites. I'd definitely suggest staying here.
