Nashira City Resort

We had the same problems throughout our three-night stay at Nashira City Hotel, so we won’t be back. The kids’ pool was extremely dirty, and I wouldn’t let my child use it. It didn’t feel child-friendly or hygienic. My 20-month-old often didn’t get a proper meal either. The breakfast room was unbearably hot in the July heat because the air conditioning was off, and staff began clearing the buffet before breakfast was officially over, while guests were still eating. They seemed to be working in tough conditions and were polite, but everything felt disorganized. When we asked for a drink or something basic, we were just told, “we don’t have it,” without any attempt to help. Service fell far below what we expected, and I can’t recommend this hotel, especially to families with young children.

I had such a relaxing, well-organized stay at Nashira City Hotel last year, and I’d happily come back and recommend it. It’s conveniently located near shops and public transport. My room was comfortable and always clean, and Sarah from bali gave us amazing service. She was attentive, kind, and professional.

The rooms are spacious and the hotel is lovely, but the friendly staff made it even better. They’re really nice.

Gulsum made my visit especially memorable with her warm welcome, helpful guidance, and support throughout. The location worked well for both business and leisure, and breakfast had lots of delicious choices. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return for another business trip. Highly recommend it.
