The staff were friendly and helpful, but spoke little English and used a smartphone translator, so I wouldn’t describe this as an English-speaking hotel. The place needs a lot of repairs and renovation. Nothing worked properly, including the hot water and heating. The rooms are tiny, to the point where it’s hard to move around. The advertised three-person room was really a small room for one, and there was barely space to move with all our luggage. The walls are so thin you can hear everything the neighbours do. There’s no elevator either. They advertise apartments for six people, but they’re really for three at most. They’re also very noisy because they’re at the back of the busy reception hall, so it’s hard to rest or sleep. I’d give this hotel zero stars if I could. It’s a waste of money. Avoid it at any cost.
