Qinn Hotels

The pool was so cold that nobody could swim, even on hot days. Other than that, we had a great stay. The pool bar staff were absolutely amazing, and our room was spotless with a beautiful view.

The room was dirty when my friend and I arrived, with dust and dirt in several places and a bad smell in the bathroom. We also felt poorly treated from the start. Staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful, and reacted with indifference when we asked questions or needed something. We didn't feel welcome or looked after. We had hoped for a relaxing holiday in Antalya, but the experience fell far short of what we expected and paid for. We've stayed in many hotels, and this was unfortunately one of our worst experiences. I hope Qinn Hotel takes this seriously and improves both the service and cleanliness for future guests.

The terrace had the best view. We stayed in the Qinn suite, with a living room, a bedroom and two bathrooms. Breakfast was included and served buffet-style, with an omelette station, which I liked. The pool is really tiny, and there are lots of stray cats and dogs around the area.

The rooms made an already awful stay even worse. Our first room had no AC during a heatwave. They asked us to wait 10 minutes, but after 40 minutes in the stifling heat I was panicking and exhausted, nearly passing out. They only moved us after I said I was about to faint. In the next room, the shower had no door, so water spilled into the bedroom whenever we used it. The building and common areas felt filthy and badly kept, with smoke smell everywhere. It seemed like the place might fall apart, and the elevator was broken. We had to haul our own luggage upstairs. Neither receptionist offered help, while two women struggled with heavy bags and the men at the desk sat by. When I complained, the bald man at the front desk swore at me in Turkish in front of other people, apparently assuming I wouldn't understand. I know enough Turkish to understand the insults. That man was shockingly rude, unprofessional and abusive. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I felt unsafe and humiliated, and the staff seemed to have no regard for guests' well-being. Avoid this place.
