The mattress was really uncomfortable, and the room walls were very dirty. There was no safe in the room, and the receptionist was extremely rude. The elevator smelled awful, too. Breakfast wasn’t good, and they charge extra for eggs and sausages. They even charge for coffee at reception. I don’t recommend this hotel.

The location is close to many attractions within walking distance, and it felt very safe to walk around, even at night. The service was good, though the language barrier made things a big challenge. The hotel seems recently renovated. Everything looked very new, but a little unfinished. Rooms were neat and clean, though a bit small depending on how much time you expect to spend in them. We didn’t really enjoy the food or how it was presented, but that’s just personal preference.

The neighborhood is nice, and restaurants and cafes are definitely cheaper than by the coastline or in the old town. It’s not actually in the old town, but it isn’t very far from it. Good for the price.

Our key card never worked, so every time we needed to get into the room we had to ask staff to open the door. It was frustrating and inconvenient. The room doors are poorly made, and you can hear everything: banging, slamming, other guests coming and going, and housekeeping talking loudly at 7 AM. Peaceful sleep, or sleeping in, was out of the question. The night receptionist offered absolutely no customer service and wasn’t helpful. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in during my visits to Antalya. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. There are much better places where you’re treated with basic respect and comfort.
