We asked to be charged for dinner on only four nights, but she billed us for nine nights and said we had forgotten what we ate. We were charged much more than we should have been for meals we didn't have and service we didn't receive. She wouldn't admit the calculation was wrong or make any effort to leave us feeling better before we left. She also said drinks would be discounted during our stay, but on the last day there was no discount. Instead, she tried to convince us she had applied it. It's easy to overcharge and then take 50 lira off and call it a discount when the original bill includes things we never had. Very unprofessional. I don't recommend staying here. It wasn't pleasant to feel that money was all they saw when looking at us.

We stopped in for tea and had a look around this cute cafe. The decor is lovely, and the staff are friendly. A nice place to sit back and relax over tea or coffee. I'd definitely come back to stay here in the future.

We just came for lunch and didn't stay overnight. The place is cute and cozy, and we really liked the food and wine.

A warm, inviting hotel with lots of character. The service was great and the hosts were lovely.

The hotel's quiet setting is just a short walk from the busy streets. Take about 50 steps and you're in the crowds, yet back at the hotel it's peaceful and away from the noise. The location is lovely. From the top floor, the magnificent view opens onto a terrace. I was so impressed by how nostalgic everything felt, from the curtains and furniture to the floors. The rooms are authentic, and you can feel the history deeply. Just thinking about it gives me goosebumps. Bilgen, who manages the place, greeted us every morning with such care, a smile and sparkling eyes. She makes a rich breakfast herself, with something for every taste. There were at least two kinds of pastry daily, plus jams, fruit, greens and cheeses, along with pişi (Turkish pizza), kıstırma (fried meatballs), sigara börek (a type of pastry), egg bread, omelets, olive oil stuffed dishes and fried potatoes. I'm sure I've forgotten some things. We were full until 4:00. The hotel's drinks were also reasonably priced. I'll definitely stay here again when I return to Cunda.
