The room was extremely dirty, the bed smelled horrible, and I couldn't sleep at all. There was no proper way to control the heating or cooling, which made the stay very uncomfortable. I paid for the night in full, then later got a call saying I hadn't paid. It honestly felt like they were trying to scam me. The customer service was terrible, and this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Very bad experience, I do NOT recommend. Stay away from this place.

The room wasn't what they showed me at reception, and it was the dirtiest place I've ever been in. Even a public toilet is cleaner than the bathroom in the room. My advice is to check the room before paying.

The bathroom was covered in mold, and the toilet was like a public toilet, so unpleasant I couldn't stay there for a second. The place was dirty and not recommended at all. If the health care board visited, I think it would be closed. They show you nice pictures at reception, but the reality is totally different. See the room and bathroom before you decide to stay or pay.

The whole hotel smelled like the back kitchen of a kebab place, and the carpet was disgusting. The mattresses were yellow and stained, and the blankets were flea-ridden and unwashed. The bathroom had mold and rotting joints, while live electrical wires were centimetres from the shower head. The toilets were at public-toilet standards. After one night, I'm surprised I didn't get bed bugs. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

The only good thing was the price. Everything else was horrendous: there was no shower curtain, the shower head was grotty, and there were mold stains. The sheets were stained and had hair in them, the carpets smelled, and the elevator was dangerous. Avoid at all costs.
