Güzelyali Butik Otel

Yyyyy

The staff are always smiling, and Hayati and Göksel were helpful with everything, which made us feel even more attached to the place. We call it our second home. You wake up to wonderfully fresh air and a fantastic spread for breakfast. The hotel and pool are clean. Güzelyalı Boutique Hotel is a highlight of every summer. Definitely stop by when you’re passing through, I’m sure you’ll want to stay! 👍🏼

It feels like your own home, with staff who are like family. Everyone is pet-friendly :) It’s no problem if you miss breakfast, and if you’re craving toast, they’ll sort it out. The building may be old, but the staff make you forget that shortcoming.

By the time we got to the hotel after a tiring journey, our room had a strong sewage smell. We told the staff, and they supposedly cleaned it, but the manager wasn't there, so we called. They insisted the smell couldn't be coming from their rooms and blamed us, which was incredibly frustrating. When we said we wanted to leave, they still demanded payment. We ended up fleeing the hotel and Cunda Island, and our first day of holiday was ruined.
