Vertia Luxury Resort

A lovely place for a family stay, with a heated pool that was a big plus for us and a great spa. The food was fresh and tasty, and the hotel felt clean, elegant, and very well cared for. There’s a gorgeous garden too. The setting is stunning, with mountains behind the hotel and the sea only a short walk away. Staff were kind, funny, and especially welcoming with children. Sergio was our favorite, so warm and friendly, and easy to chat with. Adult activities were a little limited, particularly at the start of the season, but we had a lovely time.

The entertainment was a highlight for us, especially the darts with Sergio. It was fun and became one of our favorite daily activities. There were other sports and fitness options as well. On the beach, we paid extra to rent a jet car and take a boat trip. The water sports team were friendly, and the lovely photos from the trip will be a great reminder of our vacation. The hotel grounds are spacious, green, and well maintained, with clean, peaceful surroundings. It's set between the mountains and the sea, and the beach is easy to reach and enjoyable, with plenty of sunbeds and a partly sandy seabed that made getting into the water comfortable. There's a large pool area and a well-equipped indoor spa with options including yoga. Common areas were tidy, and cleanliness overall was good. We found the food varied, with something for everyone, and had a positive impression of it. Service was very good too: waiters were polite and attentive, cleared tables quickly, and staff generally were friendly and helpful. We were there in late April / early May, so the à la carte restaurants were closed and the evening shows weren't fully up and running yet. Even with those early-season limits, we were very satisfied. The calm atmosphere helped us relax, and we'd recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday with a range of things to do. I'd give it 4/5, taking the early season and those limitations into account.

I've been here for the AMC conference two years running, both times in April when the season was only just getting started. The buffet was still good, with different meats, fish, seafood, and fresh vegetables. They made cocktails with branded drinks such as Jack Daniels and Havana. The rooms are spacious and have large bathrooms.

The animation team were great, and Sedat was especially friendly and spoke several languages. We also had tasty food and friendly service. The pool was clean and heated, and the hotel has lovely scenery and a beautiful beach.
