We had a lovely three-day holiday. It was cold outside, but the hotel and staff made things feel warm.

The location and service were great, and the staff were very friendly. After skiing, the swimming pool and sauna with Turkish hammam were just right.

The food was very good and changed every day, with vegetarian choices too. Sinan arranged great entertainment every evening, and the ski rental was efficient, with the newest gear. Everyone on staff was lovely, smiley, and helpful. I spent four nights there in December 2023 and had a really nice experience. The hotel was very clean, and everything seemed set up for guest comfort. It's a great place for couples, friends, and families. I hope I can go back.

We tried a jet ski ride and loved it. The food was clean and yummy 😋, and the location is amazing. The team was very friendly, the ski trainers were professional, and it felt cozy and homey. My family and I had a wonderful three-night stay. It's actually the best resort in Kars, and I highly recommend it for the value 🌸🌸

Snow fell during our stay, which made the romantic weather feel beautiful and magical. There were lots of activities at the hotel, including Yoda classes twice a day with an amazing instructor. It was a perfect getaway for us as a couple. I'd recommend it and would definitely come back.
