Mustafa at reception made us feel very welcome and was a big help. Breakfast was fresh, with plenty of traditional Turkish dishes. The hotel is a 2-3 minute drive from the lake and its activities, with markets, restaurants, and other useful shops nearby. I’d recommend it for a longer stay in uzongul. The main downside is that the staff spoke only Turkish, which seems pretty common in Turkey.

The management left a bad impression and weren't friendly. The place was very dirty, old, poorly located, and the service was bad.

Emad deserves a special mention. He's always cheerful and smiling, and really top-notch. The service and price are why I'll return if I visit Uzungol again. This was my second stay, and everything was organized and reasonably priced. The people there are so helpful and easy to deal with that it feels like home rather than a hotel. I’m sure other guests will want to extend their stay too. Gulf families should find everything suitable, so come enjoy Uzungol and feel at home. Take care, and give Emad my regards.
