Gıran Park Termal Hotel

I really enjoyed the spa, especially the Turkish massage in the Turkish hamam. The staff were always available and the service was excellent. I recommend it.

The service wasn't good. There was an issue with it.

The pools being open to the public was our biggest disappointment. While we paid 7,000 TL for one night, people from outside could pay 500 TL to use the same pool all day, and hotel guests had no separate pool. Know that before you go. The pool area was also very unhygienic. None of the lockers locked, and there wasn't even a locker where we could leave our personal things. The staff's clothes looked really untidy, too. At the buffet, there were just two main dishes, rice and some salads, and none of it had any flavor. The only drink was lemonade in 5kg plastic bottles, which they filled in front of me. I felt sure drinking it would poison you. The fruit was spoiled, and at breakfast they served the same cheese cut into three different shapes to make it look like there was more choice. I didn't see any clotted cream or butter. For a hotel charging 7,000 TL per night, that shouldn't be what they call a buffet. I can't understand how it got four stars. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, with absolutely nothing to redeem it.

There wasn't even soap in the room, and no hairdryer either. When we asked them to provide one, they said they'd taken it out because the circuit breaker kept tripping. Unbelievable. The cleanliness was terrible, and the hourly rate was 2,500 TL. You really find out what it feels like to be humiliated after paying for it.
