Salbakos Herakleia Hotel

We spent five days here. The room was really clean, the concept was nice, and the staff were okay. Based on my stays at other boutique hotels in Alaçatı, this place seems more suited to married or older guests. Breakfast was the main issue. It was the same every day, with no variety, and didn't start until 9:30, which felt late. Service was slow even though there wasn't much to bring, and sometimes they forgot things. You can see in the photo that they even forgot the bread. If you smoke, there aren't ashtrays on the tables, so you have to keep looking for one or ask the staff. I've stayed at other boutique hotels on vacation, so these are things they could pay more attention to. Thanks.

Yesim, who manages the hotel, was caring and very friendly, and the staff were courteous. The morning spread of fresh local food and the attractive pool were highlights. The rooms and lobby also show excellent attention to detail. We had a great stay at Salbakos boutique hotel and would love to return.

We only stayed three nights, but the staff treated us like family. They answered all our many questions, and every recommendation turned out well. When we asked where to find my wife's favorite Turkish breakfast in town, they made it for her themselves. Eren even went to the next town to get my dropped phone repaired. You couldn't ask for better customer care. The place is beautiful, clean, and cozy. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and something different each day. The location also works well, between the center and the beaches and sights. Anyone visiting Cesme/Alacati should make time for Salbakos Hotel.

A late review, but I wanted to say that the rooms were spotless and both the breakfast and service were excellent. If you're staying in Alaçatı, you don't need to look elsewhere. 10/10.
