Cinarcik Butik Otel

I booked a week ahead, and then got a call two days before leaving to say there had been a mistake and they had to cancel. What a disgrace.

We'd read earlier reviews and expected some problems, but were genuinely surprised when we got there. The place, now called Çınarcık Boutique Hotel, has taken over from the once-historic Hayriş Pension, and we loved it. The pool and barbecue areas are magnificent, and the hotel is quiet despite being in the city center. There's a large shared kitchen, and two master chefs can prepare your own meals. The TVs in the rooms run Android, with all the apps active. It has all the amenities, and honestly, you won't want to leave. What stood out most was the young entrepreneurs' effort. They were raised in a family-oriented culture and understand care, attention, sincerity, and honesty. Their friendly, genuine feelings for customers and love of the work are why we chose the place. I'm confident they'll quickly take this newly acquired establishment to new heights. We'll recommend it to our loved ones to add to their itineraries.

We arrived with some preconceived ideas, but the place changed them all. Everyone was attentive, friendly, helpful, and hospitable. It was spotlessly clean and lovely, and the pool was very clean too. We brought our 1.5-year-old son and my younger brother, and it was well suited for families with children. I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely come back :)

It barely felt like a hotel, and we even had to carry our own suitcases. The beds were makeshift, the sheets filthy, and there was no air conditioning. I wouldn't recommend it.
