The location is excellent, right in the center with a sea view. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the staff are pleasant. Breakfast is decent and served at a beachside restaurant. The downsides are weak WiFi, no lift, and having to find a parking spot on the street.

Breakfast is outstanding, and the service and attention to detail are wonderful. We mentioned that music had kept us up all night, and the following night was peaceful. Kumluk hotel is a lovely place, and I'd recommend asking for a sea view room. Just choose somewhere else if you need an elevator. Highly recommend!

Way overpriced for what you get. The place is near the beach and clean, but there were extra charges that kept appearing unexpectedly, including water in the room and coffee even though breakfast was included in the room price. The room itself was in poor shape: the air conditioner buzzed even when switched off, the shower leaked, the bathroom was tiny, and the bed for two was only about a 1.5-person size. The corridor had no light, the garbage can had no lid, and everything felt old and shabby.

We felt no need to leave the hotel. It was just right for resting and relaxing, with the beach and view to enjoy. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and dedicated. The restaurant was really nice, with a very varied menu. I'd absolutely come back 😊🙌
