The price is good, but the quality was horrible. Mosquitoes were everywhere, so my family and I couldn't sit outside or in the rooms, and we couldn't sleep at night. The thermal pool smelled really bad, and dinner was bad too. One waiter kept taking our plates while we were still eating, and the cleaning lady was pretty rude. I don't recommend this hotel.

The pool is a decent size and has a water slide, which was a plus. The rooms themselves are very basic, with just one power outlet in the whole room. The hotel seemed understaffed, and I had to ask the receptionist twice to send basics like shampoo and slippers. The buffet dinner and breakfast were bland and basic, and I didn't enjoy them. For me, this is only worth it at 700-800TL. More than that doesn't seem worthwhile.

We wanted an affordable one-night place with a pool and slides for our kid, plus a hamam, and for those plans it worked pretty well. The open pool and slides were clean, and the hamam was fine, though the sauna wasn't working and the thermal pool could have been cleaner. Jet Migros is right next door, and Hierapolis is 3-5 minutes away by car. Our room for four was spacious and clean, with clean linen and a great view. We watched air balloons from the balcony in the morning. The bathroom could use improvement, and the air conditioner struggled to cool such a large room. Bring mosquito repellent. Breakfast was fine and typical, and the staff were welcoming and nice. Some negative comments we saw while searching seemed misleading to us, since it depends on what you're expecting and what your trip plans are. It has drawbacks, but if you're passing through Pamukkale and want an affordable place with a pool, I think it's a good choice.

We paid €50 each for three people. Venus suite hotel recommended the place and said they charge commission by card, but they let us off. The pickup and drop-off were handled by a very nice guy. We went for a Turkish bath and massage, and also tried the warm pool. It was great and nice, and the brown colour was a first for me. The receptionist was a lady, and at first she didn't respect our request for men to take care of us for religious reasons, since we were Muslim. She said two men and one woman would do it. I said no, and she accepted after that, but with a bad attitude, as if she was rushing us to start. That's why I gave three stars. If she'd respected our choice, I would have given five. Still, it was a worthwhile experience and visit.

There were lots of mosquitoes in the room, and the furniture was ancient. At breakfast, the cheese had dried tomato seeds on it. They served margarine instead of butter, and used disposable paper cups for tea and coffee. You can surely find much better alternatives in the region.
