The location was perfect, close to the center and well served. Room service was very good. Thanks to Samera, the restaurant attendant, for the service, and to all the staff. We were in a group, and some of the rooms need maintenance.

I was glad to find this place when I stopped in Düzce during my bicycle trip and needed to rest my legs. The breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious, and everything was clean. Everyone did a great job and was kind and helpful. This is what a proper hotel should be like.

I’d give it 5/5 apart from the extra fee for the pool and exercise room. They deliberately leave this off the booking pages, even though people have been raising the same complaint for years. Calling it a miscommunication doesn’t excuse it. It’s a tricky sales tactic.

Our stay was almost perfect, but be aware they ask for extra money after you use the pool, spa, or fitness room. It wasn’t mentioned on the website or in the lobby, and nobody told us until afterward.

I loved the amazing staff and hotel, along with the wellness facilities and cleanliness.
