The staff were quick to answer my questions and helpful whenever I needed something. I also found the whole place calm and pleasant. The rooms and shared spaces were exceptionally tidy, and the bathrooms and toilets were consistently clean. Hygiene seemed to be taken seriously throughout.

I was in Elazığ for dental treatment and stayed here. The area can be noisy, but the rooms are on the 2nd or 3rd floor and have sound insulation. My bed was comfortable, and the rates are about the same as at other hotels. The receptionist was very polite. I'd recommend it.

I checked in at about 2 pm yesterday and had a room on the second floor. I think the hotel has three floors. The room was spacious and comfortable for a two-star place. My only complaint is there's no spa.

I often travel between cities in Elazığ and had stayed here before in a standard room. This time I booked one of the Sultan rooms because of the price, and it's in a league of its own. There's a sauna and a bathtub right in the middle of the room, and the beds are really comfortable. Definitely recommend it.
