The manager and staff treated us very well, but the room and breakfast were a different story. The building felt quite old, the floor wasn't clean enough, and the toilet was dirty. The sheets were so stained that we used our own. Breakfast disappointed us too. We only stayed one night before leaving in a hurry, and I don't know how this place got its rating. :))

The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed breakfast, though the choices were limited. It's a very basic hotel with no air-conditioning, but opening the window kept us cool.

The lack of air-conditioning was the reason we had to leave. We'd booked ahead and travelled from Diyarbakir after a long journey, only to find that the hotel didn't have the air-conditioning it advertised. It was the main reason we'd chosen the place, and leaving threw off our plans.
