Glamour Hotel

Yunus and Orhan deserve a special thank you for the service, though the whole team was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and its location worked well for us. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

The only thing to keep in mind is that the Glamour Classic Hotel section has no elevator. We were on the third floor and used the stairs each time. That wasn't a big deal for us as young people, though it could be difficult for older guests on the upper floors. If stairs might be a problem, I'd suggest booking in the main Glamour Hotel, which does have an elevator. For us, this didn't take away from the good value. We stayed in the Glamour Classic Hotel part of the hotel. The room was clean and well equipped, and wasn't small considering it was a triple bedroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, and when a few things weren't right at arrival, they were fixed or changed straight away to our satisfaction. The housekeeping lady was also kind and respectful. It was an amazing stay, and the team was nice and professional. I can definitely recommend booking with them.

The breakfast was amazing, and the location is right in the center of everything. What really stood out was the hospitality. My mother uses a wheelchair, and the staff made sure we were accommodated and felt secure the whole time. I'd come back to Glamour for that alone.

The rooftop restaurant and terrace serve outstanding Turkish dishes throughout the day. The food quality speaks for itself. Breakfast there comes with a great view, as you'd expect from a rooftop spot. The staff are friendly and so willing to help, whatever you need.
