Lovely room and a great location. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. A big thank you to Metehan at the front desk and to the Russian woman who cleans the rooms 🫶🏻🙏 Just be aware the place is full of cigarette smoke. If you like cigarettes, you’ll love it, but it’s not for anyone with a sensitive nose :)

The room was cozy and very clean, and breakfast was delicious. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. The staff were always smiling, kind, and helpful. I truly enjoyed staying here, and the hotel surpassed what I expected. Thanks for such a lovely experience 👍🏻

We had a family suite with a small balcony for our week-long stay at the beginning of October. The room was clean and everything was satisfactory. Whenever we needed something, reception arranged it promptly. The staff were warm and friendly. Special thanks to the management, Mr. Muammer, and Mete at reception.

The building is a bit old, but it’s kept in good shape and sits in a great spot near Galata and Taksim. The staff were especially kind and helpful, even more than I expected. I’d recommend it +++.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the service was quick. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. It’s right in the middle of things in Taksim, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Everything worked out perfectly for me, and I’d strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.
