At 1 AM I finally gave up and left. The ceiling was soaked through, water was pouring down, and it had reached the bedroom. My things, the refrigerator, oven, and electrical outlets were wet, with a risk of electric shock. Earlier, I had gone to use the pool because my back hurt. As soon as I sat on the chair, I was soaked. I called the place they called reception, and they said water might have overflowed from the pool upstairs and they'd check and call back. Nobody did. There were drops on the ceiling, so I moved the chair and covered it with sheets and blankets. When I called again, they offered to move me, saying this was normal for a thermal spa. I was surprised, since I'd imagined a ski resort. I told them there was no point changing rooms if the same thing would happen in the next one, and they couldn't say whether it would. I tried to make do, thinking at least the bedroom was dry and not dripping. Then I went to the kitchen for water at night and saw how bad it was. The filth, smell, and stuff on the bed were awful too. I went hoping the new management, which had taken over six months earlier, might be more attentive. I'm not especially fussy about hygiene, but this was appalling. If you still plan to go, look over the room carefully before paying.

We had booked for January 24th and 25th, but never went and lost our deposit. We asked for it back after the hotel said there was no pool, but they refused. We chose the place because Google photos clearly showed a pool. After booking, we called to confirm and were told there wasn't one. When we pointed out the pictures, they responded carelessly, saying they were probably old. Using misleading photos like that is unacceptable. Anyone booking based on Google images should think twice.

They brushed off the obvious mismatch as "old photos" and wouldn't return the deposit. Using inaccurate information to bring in customers and then refusing to take responsibility is unacceptable. Anyone looking for an honest, transparent business should avoid this place.
