The location is right in the center of the main town, which makes it easy to get to local attractions and amenities. If you’re after somewhere secluded, though, this may not suit you. We found the place a great option for a first visit to Gökçeada, and I’d happily recommend it. Plenty of guests, I think, will want to return. Sinan Bey spent about an hour introducing us to the island. He listened to what we liked and gave us a short, personal list of places to try, which made the trip more memorable. Sinan Bey and Funda Hanım are attentive hosts who make a real effort to help guests enjoy both their stay and the island. The staff were cheerful, polite, and helpful too. Breakfast was a treat, with a typical Turkish spread and some great extras. We especially loved the heavenly pancake. The rooms were clean and stayed in good shape during our visit, with tasteful decor. The facilities are above average and have what you need for a comfortable stay, though they aren’t luxurious. There was no fridge in the room, but one was available in the common area. We couldn’t dry towels or swimsuits in the room either, but there were places for that in the common area. This setup works well if you mainly need a place to sleep and unwind at night.

The organic island serpme breakfast on the terrace was the best part for us. There were lots of dishes to try, a nice way to get a taste of the island. Our room was pleasant and hygienic, and we slept well without switching on the A/C. It’s a lovely little boutique hotel, with friendly, very helpful owners and staff. The central location puts you close to almost everything you need, except the beach. If you want to explore Gokçeada, this is a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful time staying here with our dog. The hotel is pet-friendly, and the hosts’ warm welcome made us feel at home. Their hospitality really stood out. Big thanks to the owners, we’re already thinking of coming back on our next trip to Gökçeada.

We only stayed one night, but the family-run place had everything we needed. The customer care was way beyond what we expected, and the breakfast looked so good you could just admire it. It’s a lovely choice if you want a quiet break away from the city and the rush. Mr. Sinan and Mrs. Funda, thanks a billion. I’ve already marked this as a place I must visit again.
