Mr. Ali and Mr. Faruk were really helpful and available 24 hours to serve guests. Faruk arranged all my tours at very, very discounted prices. The cleaning lady did a great job, and the woman in charge of breakfast was very nice and humble. The friendly staff, convenient location, and top-notch amenities and service made it great value for money. This felt like a second home, and I always recommend this hotel. Mr. Ali and Faruk are doing a great, professional job. 10/10 would highly recommend.

The rooftop was a great spot to watch the hot air balloons, and the centre of Göreme is about a seven-minute walk away. Faruk at reception was especially friendly and useful, helping me sort out tours and explaining public transport. I slept really well here, and breakfast was refreshing, with two kittens around. A very comfortable place to stay.

Karadut is tucked away from the busy streets, with a short walk up to it. The common areas are lovely, and you can get tea or coffee there any time. Breakfast is simple but nice, and the views include the balloons. There are cats everywhere, including Panda, the very relaxed and friendly resident. Faruk was welcoming and helped with bookings and good advice. A wonderful place to arrive in Cappadocia. Thank you, Karadut team!

Everything we needed was within walking distance, and the team arranged a car pickup for each activity, so we didn't have to find our own transport or walk there. Faruk helped us book tours and get good deals, including hot air balloons, restaurants, city tours, and a Turkish hammam with massage. The host and the whole team were kind and helpful. Such an amazing stay!

Faruk was a big help with ideas for places to visit, arranging the hot air balloon flight and Red Tour, and sorting out restaurants. The hotel is in central Göreme, close enough to walk to shops and restaurants, and we really enjoyed our time in the Cappadocia area. Our room, like the other rooms, was spacious and clean. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and the hotel cats were beautiful and friendly. We had a wonderful stay.
