The rooftop view is superb, and we got some pictures with the balloons. Mr Fatih and Mrs Petty were great hosts and served a really good breakfast. The property was neat and clean, and the rooms felt airy and very spacious. There’s even a separate wardrobe room, plus a roomy balcony where two people can sit and enjoy the view.

I asked ahead of time for a deep clean because I’m very allergic to dust and sensitive, and the hosts took care of it perfectly. I felt right at home. The room, location, and cleaning were all great, and the hosts were kind and sincere. Their homemade fresh breakfast was delicious, even though I don’t usually eat breakfast. I’d happily stay here again if I return to Goreme, and recommend it to anyone visiting. Thank you to this lovely couple for being such excellent hosts 🙏

Fatih and Betül have such a friendly vibe, and I was extremely happy with the place. The neighborhood felt safe, it’s close to the city center, and the terrace has a beautiful view of the balloons. Five stars for the stay, six for the owners 😄

I was a little wary because every review seemed perfect, but after staying over Christmas, I get it. Fatih and Betül made me feel welcome, and it’s clear they’ve put a lot of thought and effort into both the design and running of the place. My room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was wonderfully over the top, with homemade cakes, French toast, olives, and a great cheese selection. There’s also a good bakery around the corner for a snack between meals, if you have room. The terrace and breakfast area look out over town. It’s only a short walk away, and because it’s a few streets back from the main road, it stays quiet and peaceful, especially at night.
