We were left without the taxi we'd arranged in advance, but the hotel manager quickly called someone else, and a taxi arrived in under a minute to get us to the airport on time. That was great service and a real effort to meet our needs. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was great and the rooms clean. I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel, 10/10!

The included breakfast was my favorite part. There's so much to choose from, whether you want a plate full of colorful options or want to indulge in cake, Turkish pastries, or even soup. The rooms were comfortable, and the location was great. An excellent spread.

I wouldn't stay at the Baron Hotel again. My room was directly below a noisy restaurant, and the AC didn't work, despite the hotel's claim that every room has air conditioning. I had to leave the window open 24/7 for air, so outside noise was constant. WiFi barely worked either. The coffee bar attendant in the lobby was rude, and the room was missing basic things: the soap dispenser stayed empty, there was no water or kettle, no tissues, and no towel rack in the bathroom. The shower went cold after five minutes. Breakfast had very few choices, and the boiled eggs were freezing cold. When I called around 7pm on a Saturday to ask about room service and the restaurant, I was told everything was closed. The fitness center didn't open until 3:00pm. The man working there acted strangely and got angry that I was exercising in a long-sleeve shirt. He actually wanted me to take it off, which made no sense. Only one woman at reception spoke English. The men didn't speak it and didn't smile or engage with guests. Other guests stared at me oddly, and the atmosphere didn't feel like a normal luxury hotel. The experience didn't match how the hotel presents itself, especially its claim about AC in every room.

I wish we'd asked to change rooms sooner, since we were booked for 5 nights. I wasn't happy with our room, but they arranged a change without any trouble. What really stood out was the Hamman experience. It felt very ritualistic and intentional, and was extremely clean. I can't believe it isn't booked every day. I'd highly recommend trying it!

Coffee and tea are free in the lobby, which was a lovely touch. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. We had a very nice stay at Hotel Baron. Special thanks to Osman in the SPA for being so kind and professional.
