Bellezza Hotel

Everything went well, from the room and cleanliness to breakfast and location. Emre bey was especially hospitable and kind, and I'd like to thank him. I had a great stay and will choose this place again if I visit Istanbul.

Mr. Emre at reception was the highlight of our six-day stay. He was one of the most caring managers I've met and helped with every little or big problem, making things better for us. The rooms were very clean and well looked after, and the staff were polite. We had no outside noise with the windows shut, though you can hear the whole city once you open one. The Wi-Fi worked well on every floor. Breakfast was decent, with eggs, tomato, olives and such, plus unlimited coffee and water. Maybe they could improve it in the near future. One room had a little humidity on the walls. Belezza hotel is good value and near downtown Ortakoy, though it's in a strange spot among buildings and short roads, hard to find by car, and the uphill walk is difficult. Definitely visit it.

A quiet, clean place with modern decor and lovely bedding. Breakfast is served on a plate, and the rooms are non-smoking, with a smoking area by the entrance. There's no elevator, but staff help carry bags up the stairs. Ortaköy's main streets are a slow 10-15-minute walk away. Some hills are very steep, so wear shoes with good grip. It may not suit elderly guests or people with baby prams. Going by car is no problem. Enjoy!

We ended up staying seven nights and enjoyed it a lot. The hotel is close to Ortakoy public transport, so it's easy to catch a bus in any direction. They cleaned every day, breakfast was really good, and coffee, juice, or tea were available. The hosts were kind, and Emre deserves special thanks. He was like a local guide, helping us find our destinations each day. We had originally booked on 25 March but couldn't come to Istanbul because of flight interdictions in our country. We're very thankful the hotel kept our reservation.
