Murat and Ibrahim made a real difference to our stay. They were kind, upbeat, and went out of their way to help. The rest of the team were friendly and professional too. At Bizim Hotel, the rooms are on the small side, but ours was clean and well kept, so we were comfortable. I'd happily come back for the warm atmosphere and helpful service.

The room had plenty of space, the beds were comfortable, and fresh towels arrived each day. Murat and Bilal deserve a special mention for being so friendly and professional. A bit more choice at breakfast would've made the stay even better.

Breakfast was a tasty Turkish-style spread, and the room was cleaned well. Just remember to hang the sign on the door if you want the room cleaned. Otherwise, no one comes in, which gives you your own little fortress. The room was small, but that seems fairly standard in central Istanbul. We had a great stay at Bizim Hotel thanks to the attentive, professional staff, and I'll definitely come back.

The clean room and great service made our stay memorable. Murat, the Tajikistani guy whose name I forgot, Masaal, her colleague, and everyone else were so friendly, nice, and professional. Thanks to them all.

The third bed was really uncomfortable, and noise made it hard to sleep. People outside the hotel were drunk and singing loudly at night. The air conditioning seemed unmaintained, and we woke up feeling sick. We booked five nights and arrived late, only to find the rooms very small. The worst part was the towel my grandma used after showering. It had human poop on it and smelled awful. She hadn't noticed until we caught the smell and checked. The hotel didn't seem to care. At breakfast, all three glasses we tried were dirty too. I wouldn't recommend this place. It was a terrible experience.
