We’ve visited Dedeman Village, formerly known as Bamboolow, four times, and each stay has been wonderful. It’s a peaceful, family-oriented resort with a welcoming, comfortable feel. One little highlight is the adorable cat that wanders around. More cats on the grounds would make the place feel even cosier. If you need anything, let reception know. We keep enjoying the calm surroundings and friendly atmosphere, and are already looking forward to coming back.

Winter there felt really romantic, though it gets very cold at night in the bungalow. They bring wood for the authentic hot stove in the living room and get it going for you, so you can stay warm through the night. There’s also AC in the bedrooms. It’s a nice experience for couples, families, or friends, and I’d recommend it in summer or winter. Winter was especially cool for anyone who likes the cold and a romantic vibe 😊 The mornings by the lake are beautiful. They serve breakfast, which was alright, and there’s a restaurant for lunch and dinner as well as room service. There weren’t any activities for kids.

A cosy place that fits four people, with friendly staff and a good breakfast. The only tricky part was getting to the resort, the road was a bit hard.

The room was very cold because the AC was so weak. We asked for a heater, and they brought an electric one right away. After a long while, the room temperature became acceptable.
