We're back in Istanbul for business for the second time, and came back to Blisstanbul hotel because it's got everything you could want. It's clean, quiet, and good value, but the staff are what make you feel at home. Thanks to Veies (the main man), Emre, Serdil, Ramazan, Hasan, Suzane, and all the wonderful housekeeping staff. This is now my favorite place to stay during a Turkish Airlines layover in Istanbul. The metro makes it easy to reach, and the rooms are comfortable, with space to work if you need it. The staff are friendly and really helpful.

The staff were so kind, and the room was clean. Nice location, too. We checked out at 11:00, but they kept our luggage for eight hours at no charge. Thank you, blisstanbul.

I liked the rooms, they were big and clean. The hotel service was good, they cleaned well and were nice.

The staff were very nice and friendly. The one issue was the TV stayed in Turkish throughout my stay, with no way to switch it to English or another language. There were no captions either, so non-Turkish speakers couldn't follow the movies.
