Hakan and Yunus at reception were kind, professional, and ready to help with anything. GÜLBİKE the maid was also thorough and attentive, and the room was always tidy and clean. Büyük Keban Hotel made for a very pleasant stay. Its location near the important sights and transportation made getting around Istanbul easier. I'd definitely recommend it and would love to come back.

The location made the trip much easier. Shopping, restaurants, transport, and many important areas of Istanbul were convenient to reach, which saved us a lot of time. The room was clean, comfortable, and kept fresh and organized by housekeeping each day. The bed was comfortable, and it was quiet enough to relax after long days walking around the city. Breakfast had a nice variety of fresh options every morning. I stayed at Hotel Buyuk Keban for six nights last summer. From arrival through checkout, everything felt comfortable, welcoming, and well organized. The staff were polite and professional throughout, answering questions, giving directions, and helping with small requests. The overall atmosphere was warm but still professional, and the service quality, cleanliness, and comfort stood out. In my view it deserves more than three stars, and felt closer to a four or even five star experience. I really enjoyed my stay, would come back, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast was tasty and varied, a nice way to start the day. Hotel Buyuk Keban is in an excellent spot near the main attractions and transport links, so it's easy to explore the city. The price feels very fair for such a central location. I highly recommend it if you're visiting Istanbul!❤️🇹🇷🥰

I'm so grateful to Hakan and everyone who helped me. I lost my charger in a taxi in Turkey, and with his help I got it back along with my documents. Hakan went to check the cameras, wrote down the car's license plate, contacted the Venezia Mall taxi drivers, and tracked down the driver. Thank you for your honesty and kindness. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Hakan Bey especially stood out. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
