The cigarette smoke ruined what could have been a five-star stay. I called ahead and spoke with the manager, who promised there was no smoking in the hotel. When I arrived and complained about the smell, he just asked, “What can I do?” I told him he could ask people to stop smoking. The bathroom vent connects to all the hotel bathrooms, so smoke from another room comes straight into yours. It’s a terrible setup if guests are allowed to smoke in their rooms. The night manager had the same problem, but was even worse: he laughed and ignored me. He was rude and unfriendly, like a bad nightclub security guard. I’m really disappointed and sad about it, because I loved your goat 🐐 and wanted to stay for two weeks. Please stop lying to your guests!!!!!

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff weren’t helpful, and they seemed almost angry when we booked an Uber to the airport instead of their overpriced shuttle. There isn’t much else to say. Avoid it.

Filthy from top to bottom. There was rust, dirt, and mold on the furniture, with cockroaches and ants crawling around. The shower was grimy, and there was even feces on the floor. Loose wires made the place feel unsafe as well as dirty. It’s a health hazard and should be shut down. Staff refused to refund us.

Don’t trust the pictures. They look like they were taken 20 years ago. This place feels like a tourist trap, a smelly old dump that visitors should avoid. The bed cover was old and had a large frayed hole. The mattress was worn and creaky, making a “bong” sound when I sat on the edge. The bathroom was dirty, with mildew all over the silicone seams. The TV was probably the smallest on the market, and the free internet didn’t work. The hallways smelled strongly of old cigarette smoke.
