The desk staff were extremely helpful, and the rooms were very clean. Housekeeping was EXCELLENT!!! Heating and aç both worked very well, too. Breakfast was delicious, with a different variety of dishes each day. The location was perfect, just a 5-10 minute walk from lots of historic sites. It was very affordable and worth every penny. This will be our go-to place whenever we come back to Istanbul.

Small rooms, but they were clean, and breakfast was decent. You can arrange a shuttle or taxi here. Just be aware that the morning prayers can be heard very clearly.

Buffet breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is in a strategic spot in Istanbul's tourist area of sultanahmet, and the price is pretty cheap, so it could work if your main focus is seeing the city and you can live with some downsides. Our booked three-person room wasn't available because of "electrical problems," so we got two separate rooms instead. Both were cramped, and the AC in one was broken, which made it very hard to sleep. There were other broken things in the rooms we got too, including shower doors and toilet seats.

The room was small but enough for two people. There are steep stairs, so getting up with big luggage or knee pain would be hard. Light from the lighting right in front of the hotel made it bright even at night, and the thin walls let noise through. Smoke often came inside from people smoking outside and from a neighbor who smoked. There were hairs on the towels, linens, and floor when I arrived, so it could be cleaner. Can't complain too much, you get what you pay for.
