Casa Florya Hotel

Casa Florya is beautiful, clean, and really high quality. We'll be back whenever we come. A special thank you to Alina for being so attentive and helpful, and thanks to the whole Casa Florya team.

The staff were great and very helpful, and the location worked really well for us. Coffee shops, restaurants, grocery shops, and the water edge were all nearby. The rooms were decent for what we paid, and having a small kitchen where I could cook was important for me.

I stayed nine nights, from 13th Oct to 22th Oct 25, because of my hair transplant. The room and bathroom were clean, and there was always a kettle, tea, and water available. An iron and ironing board were there for clothes too. I only booked a room, so I can't comment on the food service. The staff were nice and helpful. Miss Karaman and her colleagues were great, though English isn't their strong point. After a while I got bored and started using google translator to chat with them. It was fun, and I'm sure they enjoyed it too. Would I stay at Casa Florya again if I return to Istanbul? Yes, my experience was great.

Alina was especially kind and helpful, a real asset to the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, and the hotel sits in a quiet neighborhood with good public transport. It's a lovely place to stay.
