Ms. Nezaket and Ms. Gyulizar, the maids at Cutyloft 64, are so kind and helpful. They keep everything clean, and I've been very happy with their work. They're the best and kindest people I've met. Thank you for having them on staff. Please appreciate and take care of them.

I've stayed here for a long time and give it a 10/10. The staff are polite and help with questions so you feel at home, and the manager keeps the place clean. My room is clean, and the towels and bedding are always fresh. It's convenient for shops, and two major shopping centers are within a 15-minute drive. The rooms work for families with children as well as solo travelers. If you need an early check-in, they'll definitely accommodate you. I highly recommend this hotel.

Sait made my stay especially good. He was welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived, made sure I had what I needed, and suggested places nearby. Cityloft 64 is a bit farther from the main city center, but taxis and buses are plentiful, so getting around was easy. I also liked having peaceful surroundings to come back to after a busy day. It's good value for the money, with great service, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I came away with a good impression and would return. The staff were very friendly, especially receptionist Baris (Bariş Çiftçi), who was helpful and accommodating. If you ask the cleaning team for help, even with a tip, they'll bring what you need and make your stay more comfortable, so don't be shy about contacting them. Breakfast is expensive, but I ordered through getir Food delivery instead. Parcels can be left for you at reception.

A cozy hotel with a very nice price for Istanbul. I stayed long term in a room with a balcony, and it was cleaned every day with fresh towels and slippers. Housekeeping Nezaket ve gülüzar helped with my requests, and Barış at reception was polite and friendly. The hotel also has otopark, which is handy for a small hotel. If something's wrong with your room, just ask the staff and they can fix it or change it easily. I'm surprised to read bad reviews when the reception team has been so accommodating. Usually in Turkey tourists are treated very ignorantly, but here it felt like home. I'd be glad to stay again on my next trip. Thanks for everything, guys. I recommend it to my Ukrainian friends ❤️
