Sara and Shokufeh handled our questions quickly and professionally, and I really appreciated their help. The breakfast team were especially welcoming, as was everyone else on staff. We also loved the amazing view from the breakfast room each morning. The hotel was spotless and very nice, and we'd happily return.

I emailed the hotel with proof that my flight had been cancelled, but never got a response. The cancellation was caused by the ongoing situation in the Middle East, completely outside my control, so I had also asked the hotel and Booking.com to waive the penalty. They refused to offer any flexibility or help. I understand there are policies, but some goodwill during an extraordinary situation would have meant a lot. It was a very disappointing experience, and I hope they support guests facing sudden travel disruptions in the future.

We loved the views from breakfast, especially over the Golden Horn and old city, and could see Galata Tower from our room. The hotel worked really well for our four days with the kids. Arap Cami is three minutes away, the Karakoy tram and ferries are about seven minutes on foot, and Galata Tower is a ten minute walk. Omar was always helpful, and Sarah at reception upgraded one room to a very spacious family room. The rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was plentiful, though it got repetitive. The surrounding area has electrical and plumbing shops, and it was pleasantly quiet at night with no street noise.

The staff were kind and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well located. We got a spacious family room instead of a standard room, with everything we needed. They also arranged timely airport transfers in both directions. The driver was helpful and even showed up early at the hotel before our departure. We'll definitely come back on our next trip.
