We’d happily return after a really nice stay at Emirhan Guesthouse & Apartments. The staff were always cheerful, kind, and willing to help, and the location made it easy to get to lots of places. Our room was quiet and restful, with comfortable beds, and everything felt fresh, tidy, and very clean.

We’re only on day two and already wish we’d chosen somewhere else. The room had no safe, barely usable WiFi, and just one roll of toilet paper. We were promised four beds but got three, and had to make them ourselves. The AC leaked water all over the floor, leaving the room damp. The shower had no door, leaked everywhere, and had no hot water. There are plenty of better looking places nearby for about the same price, so I wouldn’t stay at Emirhan guest house and suites. The “included transportation” cost $130 when we arrived. The manager was very rude and insulting while we tried to pay for the room. He also tried several times to charge our friend’s card $64,000, then denied it. Even if it was a genuine mistake, it was a huge one. And after I’d already paid for the car, he tried to charge my friend for it too.

No lift, no reception open around the clock, and the stairs are a dangerous spiral with flickering lights. I was disappointed after seeing the high Booking.com reviews. It’s a hostel.

We enjoyed our time here. The guesthouse was quiet and nice, and our suite was comfortable and clean. The staff were really kind and helpful.
