It was easy to get around from this strategic, convenient location, and the rooms were clean and well kept. All the receptionists and staff were incredibly welcoming and nice. Service was excellent, and I really appreciated that they speak several languages fluently, so communication was never a problem. It is a bit expensive for a 2-star hotel, though. Highly recommended!

The staff were wonderful and the service was great during the 5 days I stayed here. The location was perfect too. Special thanks to Ahmed, the manager, who was super helpful. A quality hotel, and one I’d love to return to.

It felt like staying with friends, and we had a great experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always going out of their way for us. The hotel is close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, and the price is great value, especially with breakfast included.

After being unhappy with our previous hotel, we moved to Ens hotel for 3 weeks. They gave us a good discount for staying that long. The rooms are on the small side, but clean and practical, and daily room service is available if you want it. Breakfast is included in the price, and the hotel is near the tram, shops, and restaurants. The biggest blessing was Ahmed, the manager. He went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, even cooking a special breakfast recipe so we’d know how to make it ourselves. His staff were really friendly and helpful too. There’s free water and an endless supply of tea or coffee in the lounge. Highly recommend, and hopefully I’ll be back.

The location was perfect, and throughout my stay the service made me feel valued and relaxed. Staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, while the rooms were spotless and comfortable. The facilities went beyond what I expected. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and quality.
