Getting around was easy from here. The location works very well for the metro, tram, and ferry, and many old city sights are within walking distance. The area is flat, so walking was comfortable. On my first day I left my belongings in a taxi by mistake, and the hotel staff did their best to help find them. I'm very grateful for that. I was extremely satisfied with the stay. My room was spacious, with a very clean wooden floor, and everything felt tidy and well maintained. The bathroom water pressure was excellent. The meals were simple and good. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

I had a great room, cleaned daily and always fresh and tidy when I returned from exploring. Jet lag hit me during the first couple of days, so having room service and a restaurant was a lifesaver. The food was very good, and breakfast offered plenty of variety. The hotel arranged airport transfers that were comfortable and right on time in both directions. The location made it a perfect base for exploring Istanbul. It's close to the Istanbul Tram T1 Line and Eminönü Ferry Terminal, and you can walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar, and Süleymaniye Mosque. What made the stay special was the welcoming, helpful team, from reception and housekeeping to the restaurant staff and shuttle drivers. The value is excellent for the location, service, and quality. I'd absolutely stay again.

I've been visiting Istanbul for 30 years, and Erboy is still my favorite hotel. The rooms are quiet, clean, and have enough space. The breakfast is delicious, with plenty of dishes to choose from, and the staff are wonderful. The location is excellent too. I just hope you don't all book it up before I can get a room next time! 😀

We stayed at Hotel Erboy from 28.01.2026 to 01.02.2026. It's in Sirkeci, within walking distance of Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace, and close to the tram, which makes exploring the city and its landmarks much easier. The rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. I'd highly recommend it, especially for a first visit to the amazing city of Istanbul.
