I booked through booking.com, then had to cancel because my plans changed. I was eligible for a refund, but the hotel kept the booking amount. I tried contacting them and got no reply. I also asked through booking.com for evidence supporting the refusal, but they didn’t provide any. Please be careful when booking here.

At the price they charge, this is the worst hotel in İstanbul. If you’re reading this, find somewhere else.
