A fresh, plentiful breakfast buffet and a comfortable, clean room looking out over peaceful greenery made for a lovely stay. The location was perfect too. Most of all, the staff took care of us from booking through arranging airport transfers, helping us settle in after more than 30 hours of travel, and looking after us throughout. We’d definitely return for longer next time.

Mr.Ramzan at reception did his best to explain how to get around efficiently, which was a big help. The price was reasonable, and the location is right in the heart of Istanbul’s tourist attractions, ideal for a first-time visitor. We weren’t keen on the Turkish breakfast, though, so I’d suggest booking a room without breakfast if that’s not your thing.

We felt well cared for throughout our stay. The team was kind, attentive, and responsible, and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was especially good. It’s a great option if you want good value for your money. Highly recommended!

Florina hotel was very well located, close to famous spots like Hagia Sophia, blue mosque, and basilica cistern. We stayed during the first week of November and had a great time. The rooms were well kept and the service was good. Everyone at the desk was friendly and gave us useful advice about getting back to the airport, especially when we felt taxi drivers were trying to scam us. The breakfast buffet could be improved with a larger setup and more food choices, particularly options suited to tourists. I highly recommend the hotel.

There were 23 of us, and after five days here it felt like being back in our hometown. We didn't need anything else. We'll come again.
