Never again. The service was bad and so were the people.

There are useful things here: the internet is fast, the Smart TV runs YouTube without lag, and the receptionists are friendly and efficient. They did fix the stuck switch in the shower when we asked while we were out exploring the city. But unless you ask, they don't take initiative, even with room cleaning, which I understand has to be requested separately. I like that, though it may depend on the person. For the money, the rooms don't feel worth it. They're clean but not cleaned very thoroughly, tired, and poorly renovated. Rain comes through the roof into the hallway. There's mold in the shower, loose toilet seats, and no drying rack. Room 3's fridge didn't work; we moved to room 7 and it was the same, except its fridge worked. The shower faucet handle is missing. The air conditioner doesn't heat or cool very well. There's no trash bag or pot in the kitchenette, and the fridge is too small for a week's groceries. The induction stove has two burners, with one saucepan, an electric kettle, and plenty of dishes. There's an iron, but no board.

The hotel was fine and the service was excellent, especially from Shehriyar. Thanks to him, he helped us a lot.
